About Us
LOL.xyz is a photo dump. We go looking for the funny, the strange and the mildly upsetting things people photograph, and we put them in one place so you can scroll through them instead of doing whatever it is you are supposed to be doing right now.
No think-pieces. No autoplaying video. No slideshow that makes you click twenty times to reach a punchline that was never there. Just photos, in the order we thought was funniest.
How the posts work
We publish in two shapes, and you can tell which is which before you click:
- Photo dumps put every photo on a single page. Open it, scroll to the bottom, done.
- Slideshows show one photo at a time. Use the Next button, the arrow keys on a keyboard, or swipe on a phone.
Every post tells you how many photos are in it, so nothing is a surprise. Individual photos have their own share buttons, because usually it is one specific photo you want to send to one specific person.
Where the photos come from
Some of what we publish is sent in by readers. Some of it is gathered from around the web, and where a post came from somewhere else we link back to the source at the bottom of it.
If something of yours has ended up here and you would rather it had not, we will take it down. You do not need a lawyer and you do not need to be polite about it. See the DMCA / Removal page for the fastest way to reach us.
